Optimal Health and Mobility

A hands on manual therapy that corrects deviations of structures such as joints, muscles, fascia, visceral connective tissues and ligaments to support functional stability and allow for the bodies self-regulatory and self-healing properties, through lymphatic, neurological and arterial regeneration. Chronic and acute injury, as well as systematic health issues can be improved with Osteopathic manual therapy. Osteopathy views the uniqueness of each patient as dynamic and adapting through integration of body, mind and spirit.

Initial appointments are a 2 part treatment . The first is a 45 minute health and structural assessment and initial treatment meat to evaluate the back ground story and initiate the treatment process. The second appointment is a 30min follow up a few days up to 2 weeks after to go deeper and begin to see how to form ongoing treatments if needed. After initial appointment you can book 45min or 30min treatments based of allowing your body to respond to the treatment to aid in the body's self-regualting and self healing properties.

M.OMSc, BA, Certified Yoga Instructor
With over 30 years dedicated to the art and science of the body in motion, Christine brings a wealth of experience to her practice. She studied at the University of Calgary, where she developed a strong foundation in biology and geography before graduating with a BA in Dance/Kinesiology in 1999.
Christine spent a decade working as a contemporary dance choreographer and performer, followed by over 25 years as a respected yoga and movement teacher, leading retreats, classes, and private therapeutic sessions. She also holds a diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2008).
Inspired early on by osteopathic philosophy, Christine went on to complete her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, graduating in March 2026. Today, she integrates her diverse background to support patients with a thoughtful, whole-body approach to health and healing.
Christine believes the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right corrective support. Her approach is rooted in seeing the body as a connected whole, and she works closely with each patient to create a treatment plan that is rational, personalized, and effective.
She assesses how muscles, fascia, ligaments, and deeper systems—work together, to uncover patterns that may be contributing to the root cause of pain, discomfort and other symptoms in a calm and non-judgmental environment where each patient is seen and supported.
Through targeted treatment to release restrictions and enhance mobility that aligns and assists body systems to heal, her goal is to support lasting health and overall well-being.
