One on One sessions provide individualized practices for focus on functional alignment and mobility as well as breath work and creating an appropriate movement, mindfulness and yoga practice for your needs. Christine will help you to create a personalized practice routine to do at home to build confidence, work through injury or help you to create a self care routine to create balance in your life for specific needs including chronic illness.

Yoga for Kids | Free Bird Yoga

Bringing yoga to kids kindergarten to high school.  Christine brings a playful approach to teaching yoga in the classroom or at home with kids and parents. This age appropriate yoga practices and story telling and focusing techniques as well as creative movement and playful ways to develop an understanding of body, confidence.  Christine books for schools for elementary, jr high and high school or families at home.
